ENE Trips acts as an "Intercessor" & facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the guest to select and book Hotels during their visits for events & exhibitions across 5 Metro Cities in India. ENE Trips plans to assist customers making legitimate reservations in hotels during their visits.
All hotel bookings are routed from ENE Trips site to the Hotel Websites (for booking, payments & confirmations).
Kindly, provide correct & relevant information while filling the room booking form. Especially the email address & contact no. Incase of any update or changes, same will be communicated on the information shared with ENE Trips & Hotels.
Payment for all bookings needs to be either made through the credit card or via payment links shared by the hotel on the email address mentioned while booking. Please note payment links expire within 24hrs, so kindly make the payment within the stipulated time.
Incase of non-payment, hotel reserves the rights to cancel the booking, & ENE Trips will not be liable for losses occurred or will not be in any positions to reinstate such bookings.
The Guest must provide with correct credit or debit card details. Hotel may cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the Hotel are found incorrect.
In case of international bookings, the payment will be charged in local currency or in any other currency, as decided by the hotel. For security purposes, Hotel may cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the Hotel are found incorrect.
Rooms will be confirmed only once the hotel receives the complete payment towards the booking made.
The booking amount paid by the Guest is only for stay at the hotel. Bookings may include breakfast and/or meals as confirmed at the time of booking. Any other services utilized by the Guest at the hotel, including laundry, room service, internet, telephone, extra food, drinks, beverages etc. shall be paid by the Guest directly to the hotel.
Triple occupancy will be subject to availability & sole discretion of the hotel and will be at additional cost.
Amendments/Retention will be as per the hotel policies and ENE Trips shall not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever.
100% retention for the entire length of stay will be applicable in case of cancellation of the booking. ENE Trips shall not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever to refund any such booking amounts.
Standard Check-In time at the hotel is 1400 hours. For all early check-ins, we recommend reserving and paying for the night before to guarantee early check-in. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
Standard Check-Out time for all guests is 12.00 hours. Late check-outs are subject to availability & request needs to be directly made to the hotel management. Check-in time, check-out time, and any changes in those timings will be as per hotel policy & terms.
There is no liability of ENE Trips in case of denial of check-in by a hotel for any reason whatsoever, including over-booking, system or technical errors, or unavailability of rooms etc. In no circumstances can ENE Trips be held liable for failure on the part of a hotel to accommodate the guest with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service-related issues at the hotel. Any such issues should be directly resolved by the Guest with the hotel management.
Hotels reserves the sole right of admission and ENE Trips has no say whatsoever in admission or denial for admission by the hotel. Unmarried or unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in by some hotels as per their policies. Similarly, accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in. Some hotels may also not allow local residents to check-in as guests. ENE Trips will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reasons or any other reason not under the control of ENE Trips. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
The Guest would be solely liable for any good damage caused by any act of him/her/their accompanying guests (purposely or negligent) to the hotel property in any manner whatsoever. The payment towards such damage caused would be determined by the concerned hotel. ENE Trips would not, in any way, intervene in the same.
The guest has to be in possession of a valid identity proof and address proof at the time of check-in. The hotel shall be within its rights to deny check-in to a guest if a valid identity proof is not presented at the time of check-in.
